[NETIZENBUZZ] BLACKPINK ROSE < HER WHITE PERSON COMPLEX IS F*CKING BAD

She still has her Australian citizenship, and ever since debut, she never changed from that bleached blonde hair.

As a bonus, she withdrew from the Korean Copyright Association and handed everything over to the US one.

Seems like once she got a luxury apartment, she suddenly started feeling bitter about being Asian.
Her mindset is eerily similar to those old Japanese guys 150 years ago who call white people “honorary white”.

Does being blond make you want to be white?? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Are you a choding?

At least get your facts straight before you criticize ㅋㅋㅋ Rose has dual citizenship, Korea and New Zealand. She signed an exclusive contract with a US label, so she’s now an Atlantic Records artist.

Because there are dual royalties between Korea and the US, and since her song is currently stuck in the Billboard Top 10 and has been charting for 26 weeks straight, she chose the US for better profit and more structured management ㅇㅇ She keeps the blonde hair because it suits her ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

She literally said in a lie detector interview that she considers herself Korean and always talks about how much she loves the Korean food her mom makes, so can people please stop with the “white-worship complex” nonsense already;;;;?

They say it’s not possible for more than one organization to manage the same musical work. KOMCA  mainly handles domestic copyright trust management, so how could it possibly manage the much larger overseas market? On top of that, Rose’s album was produced in the US, and the songs she worked on were ones she directly participated in, so it makes sense for her to transfer copyright management to a US organization like BMI or ASCAP. If she were just a singer who performed a song written by foreign composers, or only had a minimal contribution that didn’t earn her much in royalties, there wouldn’t be a need to leave KOMCA in the first place.

Rose said herself that she still feels Korean in an interview, meanwhile she’s still being treated like a black-hair foreigner (t/n: Koreans who act “white”) ㅋㅋㅋㅋ You’re f*cking pathetic

I bet OP is the one with the white person complex
