“Hello, this is Ju Haknyeon.

Although I have already clearly stated that I have not engaged in any illegal activity, I will be pursuing all possible civil and criminal legal action against certain journalists and media outlets that continue to publish malicious reports.

If there is any evidence that I was involved in pr*st*t*t**n, I urge you to make it public immediately.

Additionally, I have not left the team, nor have I ever agreed to terminate my exclusive contract.

Despite there being no grounds for termination as outlined in the contract, the agency is attempting to fabricate reasons for contract cancellation. Certain media outlets are even referencing pr*st*t*t**n without any basis, severely damaging my reputation.

The agency demanded that I leave while requesting compensation exceeding 2 billion KRW, but I have never accepted this. Nevertheless, the agency informed the press that my contract termination had been confirmed. This is clearly false information.

Simply because I was in a private setting with a well-known figure, I was unilaterally removed from the team. Now, I am being pressured to accept contract termination under the threat of over 2 billion KRW in damages. I must ask, is this truly the behavior of an agency that is supposed to protect its artist?

When I refused to accept the contract termination, the agency ignored the procedures stipulated in the contract and sent me a formal letter falsely stating that the termination was due to my own wrongdoing, even issuing a warning regarding damages.

Honestly, I’m very scared.

But if I back down now, I worry that this society will become a place where people without power can be destroyed for things they didn’t even do.

I have endured quietly until now, believing the truth would eventually come out. But faced with an attempt to destroy someone based on falsehoods, I can no longer remain silent.

I will hold accountable the agency that unfairly kicked me out and is claiming termination without cause, as well as the media that has caused harm by mentioning pr*st*t*t**n with no verified facts.

No matter what happens, I am determined to fight until the truth is revealed. I share this hoping that my fight may offer even a small bit of hope to someone else, and I gather my courage to do so.”
