That’s her pre-debut photo, and her face wasn’t insanely wide. People keep bringing back her US graduation photo as a comparison, but even pretty kids get nerfed by US graduation photos all the time… There are so many pre-debut photos where she doesn’t look like that

Giselle has great proportions and her face is small and her limbs are long. Honestly, even before all the tuning, her proportions were acknowledged. Her head was originally small. This isn’t something you can cover with just surgery

But it really makes me realize how tightly packed Karina’s face is. Even though she isn’t the type with super flashy features, seeing how completely full she is without any empty space makes me realize just how small her face is
