“- Submission of Reference Materials by Jeon 000000
– Submission of Power of Attorney by Plaintiff’s Legal Representative
– Submission of Brief on Proceedings by Plaintiff’s Legal Representative
– Submission of Motion to Amend by Plaintiff’s Legal Representative”
They’re apparently using tactics to delay the court date by intentionally requesting schedule changes and reappointing a lawyer, and are said to be writing a petition letter.
Leehan Law Firm (2 out of 4 partners are former judges)
Kim Jonggeun: Former judge (Former Presiding Judge at the Seoul High Court and the Seoul Central District Court)
Lee Seungyeop: Former judge (Former Presiding Judge at the Uijeongbu District Court and the Ulsan District Court)
original post: here
1. The list of attorneys who have recently joined the legal team following the resignation of the Kim & Chang attorneys in the Danielle lawsuit has been updated! Thank you for checking.
2. This isn’t Kim & Chang but lee Han
3. I hope that that company completely d*es
4. Can they keep on doing this?
> If everything is allowed, wouldn’t the side with capital be able to squeeze the competition out of business?
5. Why are they doing this?
> The entire Kim & Chang team resigned without submitting any evidence. I guess there isn’t any evidence
6. This is so messy, just d*e already
7. Is it really okay to abuse the law like that…?
8. Since Kim & Chang isn’t a law firm, shouldn’t they have listed a lawyer’s name as the litigation representative? It looks like they actually delayed things because they were switching lawyers… But didn’t Kim & Chang advise them when they let Danielle go? Why aren’t they listed? I think I heard Sejong wasn’t involved in that lawsuit either.
> They have indeed changed lawyers from Kim & Chang to Leehan. Sejong only participated later on
9. Wait, what did Danielle do to deserve that? Are they really just doing that out of spite? It’s so disgusting
10. Is there anyone who doesn’t realize that’s a retaliatory delay tactic? They’re doing it on purpose to har*ss her, but I think they’ll face a backlash before the bench changes. They’ve been delaying it by claiming lack of evidence, then saying her lawyer’s schedule doesn’t work, and now they’re delaying it by saying they’re switching law firmsㅋㅋㅋ
