Amid allegations of plagiarism regarding their song ‘How Sweet,’ which have led to a lawsuit against the group NewJeans in the U.S., their agency has issued a statement.

On the afternoon of the 9th (KST), a representative from their agency, ADOR, told Xports News, “We checked with BANA, who was in charge of composing and producing ‘How Sweet,’ and they maintain that there was no plagiarism.” The representative added, “Accordingly, ADOR and the members plan to respond to the lawsuit based on BANA’s position.”
