[instiz] [EXCLUSIVE] ‘BORN IN 2001’ STRAY KIDS I.N, PURCHASES BUILDING FOR 8.9 BILLION WON IN APGUJEONG… ALL IN CASH

 According to the real estate banking industry on May 29 KST, I.N of Stray Kids is now a property owner after purchasing a Hyundai Apartment Complex building in Apgujeong for approximately 8.9 billion KRW (~ $6 million USD). 

The idol purchased the 161 square meter unit in Gangnam-gu, Apgujeong-dong some time in January of this year, paying 8.9 billion KRW up front in cash and settling the sale and transfer of property ownership by April. 

Last year, fellow Stray Kids member Changbin also purchased a 198 square meter building in the same complex for 9.4 billion KRW (~ $6.2 million USD) in cash. 

The Hyundai Apartment Complex in Gangnam-gu, originally built in 1976, will soon undergo major redevelopment as one of 6 key areas designated for urban redevelopment in Apgujeong. The redevelopment will transform each complex into a massive apartment housing as many as  7 below ground-level floors and up to 65 above ground-level floors. The redevelopment, projected to cost over 5.6 trillion KRW (~ $3.7 billion USD), will be headed by Hyundai Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd.

10. The general public only listens to songs that make it onto the music charts… A group is only truly popular if it has a lot of fans who actually go to concerts and buy albums. It’s pointless to criticize boy groups for their lack of mass appeal when they’re buying houses worth billions of won with cash anyway
