“When there’s an awkward situation for everyone, but you keep your mouth shut tight while claiming you’re shy. Everyone else is feeling the awkwardness too, but they’re still asking questions out of having social skills… It’s really not like I’m genuinely curious about you.”
1. This is just so frustrating to experience
2. And these people will say stuff like “If you’re not curious, just don’t ask any question and let people bask in the awkwardness” ㅋ
3. People like them will grow older and will ignore everyone unless they get greeted to first
4. At least give some reactions? I’m not even asking you to ask questions and be genuinely curious
5. I’m a total loner myself, but I do speak up well when I need to, asking things like, “Have you eaten?”, “How are you lately?”, “Did you watch ‘I’m Solo’?”, “Do you trade stocks?”, “The weather was hot,” “Do you have summer vacation plans?”, etc.
6. You can really tell the difference between someone who gives short answers because they’re really clumsy and someone who insists on just not doing anything. At least the clumsy ones show some willingness to try
7. And why do I have to be the one to keep talking endlessly?? Why do I have to keep the conversation going??… I mean, just at least respond when others are talking, ask questions in return, and at least pretend to react ㅠㅠ These people are so d*mn too much…
8. The kids saying “Why do I need to say anything?” are the same ones writing paragraphs to justify staying silent in communities. It’s freaking hilarious
9. If you don’t want to interact, just stay home
10. Me too, I’m asking soulless questions. That’s because I have a minimum of social awareness. We’re actually not genuinely interested in you either ㅜ
