“It is also noteworthy that a double contract was signed with a Chinese-funded parent company.
It is reported that the company even sent a proposal to sell ADOR to the board of directors of HYBE.
In this regard, the NewJeans members, who returned following the ruling on October 30 of last year confirming the validity of their exclusive contracts (the main lawsuit), requested ADOR to terminate the double contract, and ADOR subsequently initiated contract termination procedures. However, unlike the other members, it is said that Danielle kept silent about the signing of this exclusive contract agreement until the very end.”
Another article:
ADOR claimed that after NewJeans’ performance at ComplexCon Hong Kong, the members entered into a dual exclusive contract with a Chinese-backed company called AAO.
AAO is a company established in the Cayman Islands by the organizers of ComplexCon. According to ADOR, the NewJeans members, including Danielle, signed exclusive management agreements with AAO. The company later sent a proposal to HYBE’s board of directors offering to acquire ADOR.
ADOR further argued that, unlike the other members, Danielle remained silent about signing the exclusive contract until the very end. The company stated:
“Looking at the recording of Danielle’s mother from November 2025, it is clear that, despite the fact that this breach of the exclusive contract was the most serious issue, Danielle, unlike the other members, consistently denied or ignored the violation. Her response amounted to saying that people should stop bringing up what had already happened.”
In response, Danielle’s side refuted the allegation, saying:
“Even though they already knew about these facts, they repeatedly told us to come back. Now that everything is over, they’re exaggerating the issue as if they’ve suddenly uncovered some shocking new evidence.”
1. An all-time case of shooting oneself in the foot… If they had promoted under the HYBE umbrella, they would have received settlements of 30 billion won per person by now
2. A double contract? And with a Chinese company, of all things? Including an agreement to hand over information related to ADOR? Wow, and on top of that, HYBE is the one stepping in to resolve the double contract issues for the returning members? Is HYBE a pushover?
3. I don’t get it. Why China? Just how much were they offering? She’d be making record-breaking amounts of money with HYBE and ADOR anyway
4. No matter how much you dislike HYBE or how bad their image is… they settle payments right on time and coordinate well with artists, there are plenty who’ve even renewed their contracts. So why go for a double contract? ㅠㅠ They really should have just finished out the seven years and gone independent… 🫠
5. This is impressive
6. Why did they come back instead of just carrying on with their revolution?
7. This is not a good look
8. So HYBE was the real pushover here tsk … Those kids are so evil at such a young age
9. Why go to China?
10. So they’re just like spies
