Hats off to BLACKPINK for taking the limelight this July!
Showing impressive influence, YG Entertainment’s prized female quartet BLACKPINK has been hailed as this month’s leading K-pop girl group.
According to the recently released data from the Korean Business Research Institute, BLACKPINK, IZ*ONE, and TWICE are the leading female idol groups for the month.
The rankings are based on various factors including consumer participation, media, communication, and community indices analyzed by the organization. Particularly, it extracted a total of 65,141,220 pieces of data among numerous girl groups from June 10 to July 11.
Coming in to take the glorious top spot is BLACKPINK. Previously in third place, Jennie, Jisoo, Rose, and Lisa secured the No.1 rank thanks to an impressive 154.40 percent increase in their score since June. The girls specifically obtained a brand reputation index of 11,638,631 this July.
Some of the high-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis are “Billboard”, “hanbok” and “YouTube”. The words such as “achieve”, “record”, and “surpass” are likewise present as the girls’ high-ranking related terms.
Following in second place is IZ*ONE. The group rises in the ranking this July with a brand reputation index of 7,974,564.
Previously topping the list in June, TWICE settles for third spot this month with a 5,988,530 brand reputation index.
