Cho Seung Youn (WOODZ) Shares Yugyeom, Vernon, And Kino’s Reactions To New Mini Album, Talks About Plan For 2020, And More

As Cho Seung Youn (WOODZ) promotes his solo comeback with “EQUAL,” he appears in a pictorial for @star1!

In his interview with the magazine, Cho Seung Youn said, “This is my first time promoting on my own, and it feels new. There’s a greater sense of responsibility and pressure.”

He also shared his gratitude to idol friends who cheered him on and gave him advice as he worked on his solo mini album. “GOT7‘s Yugyeom, SEVENTEEN‘s Vernon, and PENTAGON‘s Kino listened to my songs before the album came out,” he revealed. “They said the songs are good and supported me a lot, so that gave me courage.”

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, idols are currently performing on music shows without an audience. When asked if he’s sad about that, Cho Seung Youn replied, “I’m very sad about it. I hope that we’ll all work together and the situation will improve as soon as possible.”

Despite only releasing “EQUAL” in June, Cho Seung Youn shared that he’s already started work on his next album. “I’m planning to release another album this year,” he said.

Cho Seung Youn’s full pictorial and interview can be found in the August issue of @star1.
