On January 9th, BIG BANG’s G-Dragon visited the world’s biggest consumer electronics and IT exhibition “CES 2024” in Las Vegas. In addition, G-Dragon is reportedly discussing a collaboration with the US sports entertainment company Madison Square Garden (MSG) on a concert at Spear, the world’s largest performance venue. It has not been decided whether it will be a solo concert or a joint concert with other artists.

After being acquitted of drug charges, G-Dragon officially announced his departure from YG and signed with Galaxy Corporation to prepare for his comeback in the first half of this year. He also established a foundation to eradicate drugs and donated 300 million won, drawing admiration.

BLACKPINK’s Jennie and Lisa have also decided to be more active in the US. The group renewed her contract with YG only for group activities but did not sign additional contracts for individual promotions.

As a result, Jennie established her own label OA. On the 9th, she posted on her personal SNS account a photo revealing that she visited Charles Recording Studio. Shortly later, she deleted the post, but fans are already excited knowing the female singer met with James Fauntleroy, a global producer who worked with many famous names such as Drake, Beyoncé, Rihanna, Bruno Mars, etc.

Lisa is expected to appear in the legendary American zombie drama “The Walking Dead”. “The Walking Dead” star Norman Reedus followed Lisa’s account and came to watch the football match between Paris Saint-Germain and Newcastle United with Lisa, adding strength to the rumors of the BLACKPINK member joining the cast.
