Article: Daily schedule of a High Up Girls trainee

Source: Idol Issue via Instagram

10 AM: arrive at work, take English lessons

11 AM: speech lessons (memorize scripts, correct pronunciations)

1 PM: lunch, then yoga lessons

2-5 PM: vocal lessons

7-11 PM: dinner, then dance lessons

11-12 AM: clean up and go home

1. [+483] Pretty similar to the average student going to school and then studying after school. At least they’re pursuing something they like so it’s probably more fun while the rest of us are forced to attend lessons at school.

2. [+245] Studying’s pretty tough too…

3. [+181] Most 15 year olds have a way tougher schedule than this ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ this actually has a lot of free time ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

4. [+89] I feel like living a routine like this will numb you and make you forget what day it is

5. [+81] ??? This is considered a tough schedule? They basically get free time from 12 am to 10 am, that’s a lot of time for a trainee, no?? I’ve always heard of trainees who only got 2-3 hours of sleep with practices that went on all day long so… and I think getting yoga lessons is a pretty luxurious life ㅋㅋ

6. [+13] I’d like to experience it one day

7. [+10] I’m a high school senior and barely get 4 hours of sleep a night. I feel like I’m going to die because I have to study all day + get performance assessments + extracurriculars…..

8. [+4] Well, StayC is talented though so I feel like they must practice extra hard

9. [+6] Still seems better than the life of an average high school student

10. [+2] I study all day while barely getting four hours of sleep. I can’t wait to become an adult and get free time, I’m going to watch all the dramas I want
