“NewJeans will not file for a preliminary injunction to terminate the exclusive contract. 

The most notable part of the press conference is that as of midnight today, they will terminate the contract but will not file a lawsuit. This is an unprecedented approach. 

If they were to file a preliminary injunction lawsuit, they would not be able to take any action until a conclusion is reached. 

However, they can leave without filing a lawsuit. This means that Ador would have to file a lawsuit against NewJeans, and NewJeans can just wait for that.
