DOD, a comprehensive entertainment company, announced on February 21 that it has established the label BTOB COMPANY for BTOB members Eunkwang, Minhyuk, Hyunsik, and Peniel. They added that these four members will continue their activities under the new label BTOB COMPANY.

Recently, BTOB COMPANY reached an agreement with Cube Entertainment regarding the use of trademark rights for the group name BTOB so that they can continue their activities under the existing group name.
