1.This is so true. I would each tteokbokkie for my 3 meals a day and only get upset stomach once a day
I work at Asan Hospital, and there are a lot of young patients with metabolic diseases. Don’t regret it later ㅠㅠ
3. This is seriously such a good advice. the more you age, the less greasy you’ll be able to eat ㅠ
4. If you don’t want to get sick when you’re old, you need to start as soon as possible ㅠ

5.Wow I honestly agree. I didn’t even get stomach ache if I eat anything fried but now I get enteritis straight away ㅠㅠ I have no other wish than to be able to eat half a fried chicken
6. That’s so true. Once you age, you won’t be able to eat anything greasy or spicy
7. Kids, eat moderately. Just work out a lot and increase your basal metabolic rate. Otherwise you’ll live a long life of suffering
8. This is so true… I used to be so good at eating greasy stuff but now, the moment I eat something, I rush to the washroom right away, so I can’t eat that much anymore…
9. Especially for fried stuff… I’m in my late 20s and I can’t digest fried stuff as well
