Boy group NCT member Mark is set to make his first solo debut since his debut.
According to exclusive coverage by Star News on the 10th, Mark will debut as a solo artist with his first full-length album set to be released on April 7.
Initially, the album was scheduled for release in February, but Mark and his agency, SM Entertainment, decided to postpone the release to April to enhance the album’s overall quality.
Previously, in May of last year, Mark released his new digital single “200” in preparation for his solo debut. Additionally, in December of the same year, he showcased his powerful rap skills with his second digital single “FRAKCI,” featuring rapper Lee Youngji.
Mark debuted in April 2016 with NCT U’s first digital single “The 7th Sense.” Later that year, he joined NCT 127 in July and NCT DREAM in August, before debuting with SuperM in October 2019, making him the most active member within NCT.
Mark’s group NCT 127 received the ‘Stage of the Year’ and ‘Best Artist’ awards in the singer category at the 9th Asia Artist Awards (AAA 2024) held at the IMPACT Challenger Hall 1-2 in Bangkok, Thailand, last December.
