Police conclude Min Heejin not guilty of breach of trust

Police have concluded that former ADOR CEO Min Heejin is not guilty of the breach of trust allegations.

On July 15, Min Heejin’s side stated, “Following a police investigation that lasted over a year into the breach of duty allegations filed by HYBE in April 2024, it has been determined that there was no illegality on the part of former CEO Min Heejin.
