[instiz] I USED TO NOT CARE ABOUT IDOLS’ FAN TRIBUTES BUT I CHANGED MY MIND AFTER SEEING THIS

I don’t really get why idols need to give back to fans with fan tributes, but after seeing the prepaid protest in Yeouido and what happened in Namsan, I’ve been thinking a lot…

Before, I didn’t go to idol fan meets or prerecordings, so I wondered, “Do they really have to give gifts to fans??” But seeing people prepay for protests and send food made me feel a bit strange. It’s surprising how ordinary people, who aren’t wealthy or even personally connected, can show so much goodwill, yet some idols don’t want to spend even a little money on their own fans. It’s not that I’m angry thinking “these idols are jerks” (X)

But more like I genuinely find it curious that it’s so hard for idols to give back to fans who show up purely out of love for them (O) 

It’s not about being pissed off, but more about sincerely wonderingㅋㅋ Even someone like me, who’s usually indifferent, thought that they would spend oon fans at least a few times a year for special events…”
