In response to HYBE’s claim that “she attempted to take NewJeans after her dismissal,” their side countered:
“I never even considered that. But in the process of the shareholder agreement being terminated, Min Heejin’s dismissal, various injunctions, and her resignation, NewJeans became orphaned. They weren’t being cared for anywhere, and their management was scattered. They weren’t even protected from infringement of their rights.
