1. Breakdown of trust = Due to the illegal audit of Min Heejin
They argued that the audit was based on a false premise, citing the recent decision not to indict Min Heejin.
2. Just going near the office makes their hearts race; They take antidepressants
The members still want to continue their entertainment careers, but not under ADOR.
“Just going near the ADOR building makes our hearts race, and we have to take antidepressants,” they said.

During the audit and Min Heejin’s resignation process, the NewJeans members were not protected at all, nor were their opinions considered.

“Telling us to go back to ADOR is like telling a school violence’s victim to return to where their abuser is.”
“The staff who used to work with us have already left, and ADOR no longer listens to us sincerely.
We wonder how loudly we have to scream before anyone hears how much we’re suffering.”

1. I totally get feeling wronged and not wanting to work at a place that hates you. If this were an ordinary office job, it would be a perfectly valid reason to quit, 100%.
But NewJeans aren’t regular office workers, they’re celebrities. Becoming an idol involves a period of investment, and idol contracts are essentially a kind of promise to work for the company for a few years in return. Even if you want to leave, you can’t just walk out like that ㅠ (Weren’t they old enough to have learned something from the TVXQ lawsuit?) The bottom line is, they started a fight that was nearly impossible to win from the start… And during the process, it dragged other idols into the mess, which distracted from the main issue. The public was waiting for decisive evidence, but instead of that, it was just emotional appeals so people turned their backs, coldly but understandably

2. Every claim they make seems to lack solid evidence or clear context, it’s all just emotional appeals related to Min Heejin, and honestly, it’s kind of baffling… Does it really *have* to be Min Heejin, to this extent?
3. If it were anyone here, would you really want to go back to a company after things turned out like that? ㅋㅋㅋㅋ NewJeans, fighting!
4. I don’t think it’s good to skip school and start working in society from such a young age… In many ways, it seems to make them a bit out of touch with reality
5. I hope HYBE goes down. As a fan of one of the groups mentioned in the documents, I truly believe it’s a company that should never have existed
6. I miss NewJeans. Honestly, if Bang Sihyuk hadn’t been so bitter from the start, it wouldn’t have come to this. It’s just heartbreaking to see their side reduced to emotional appeals
7. I was wondering what was going on, and… wow. The fans claiming they never bullied ILLIT and LSF and saying it was their own fault, which is legendary. Do they not realize who caused all that bullying? Did they forget that NewJeans mentioned them directly, which led to all the hate?
Now they’re saying they’re the victims and that they’re struggling, but at the same time demanding the reinstatement of the CEO who was officially recognized as being directly involved? And they bullied others themselves? I don’t even want to see NewJeans anymore

8. Putting aside how unfortunate it is, what really matters isn’t emotional appeals like that, but evidence that can actually hold up in court. I don’t understand why they keep making poor moves. In the end, it’s just another plea to the public to acknowledge how hard things are for them
9. ILLIT: ?????
10. Me too I get depressed standing in front of the company
