The buyer who set a record-high price for a unit in the luxury mixed-use apartment complex Galleria Foret, located in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, has been revealed to be Dino, a member of the K-pop group SEVENTEEN.
According to the real estate industry and the Supreme Court registry on the 25th, Dino purchased a 195㎡ unit in Galleria Foret this past April for 9 billion won (~6.5 million USD). He completed the ownership transfer process earlier this month. This marks the highest price ever paid for a unit of that size in the complex.
The property’s registry shows a mortgage of 6.16 billion won taken out from a commercial bank. Given that loan guarantees are typically set at 110–120% of the actual loan amount, Dino is estimated to have borrowed around 5.6 billion won.
