[instiz] SM SEUNGHAN, SOLO DEBUT IN JULY… LAUNCHES ARTIST BRAND ‘XNGHAN & XOUL’

SM Entertainment’s XngHan is taking his first steps as a solo artist.

SM Entertainment announced on July 11, “Our artist SeungHan will be embarking on a new adventure as a solo artist this July.”

Seunghan chose the English name “XngHan as his stage name, utilizing the letter “X,” which has both infinite possibilities and a broad crossover meaning, and plans to embark on a solo career as an artist who transcends existing stereotypes and limits.

He is also launching his own artist brand, XngHan & Xoul. XngHan & Xoul will be a fluid crew that will collaborate with creators in various fields, including music, performance, styling, and artwork, and will work with Xoul on projects that match their interests and the nature of the project at the time. It is expected to showcase an artistic approach that is differentiated from conventional K-pop idol activities.

The debut project will be accompanied by two professional dancers, bringing Seunghan’s most confident ‘performance’ skills to the forefront. The project will incorporate his direction and strengths as an artist, and will attempt to experiment with a performance-oriented crossover.

In addition, Seunghan has been warming up for his solo debut by releasing new images on his official Instagram on the 9th. He has also been communicating with global fans through social media, including live broadcasts, since before his debut.

1. People who want to like him can just go ahead and like him. He even left the group like people wanted, so I don’t get why all these fangirls (not even just from the former group) are still getting so worked up…

It’s not like those old photos involve any victims or are related to school bullying or something serious (and even idols with actual bullying scandals are still active, not saying that’s right, just pointing it out), so I still don’t agree that his entire future should be completely blocked because of that
