Sports Seoul is celebrating its 40th anniversary by moving the Seoul Music Awards (SMA) to June.

The SMA, which has been held in January and February to mark the end of the year, will be held for the 34th time on June 21, 2025 at INSPIRE ARENA. The change marks a new beginning for the event, as well as a reminder of its historical significance.
