[NETIZENBUZZ] ALICE’S SOHEE AND JI YOONMI FORMERLY WORKED AT ADULT ENTERTAINMENT VENUES” SHOCKING REVELATION CAUSES UPROAR

Former Alice Member Sohee and Ulzzang Generation Actress Ji Yoonmi Accused of Adult Entertainment Ties. Both Deny Allegations and Plan Legal Action

Sohee, formerly of the girl group Alice (left), and actress Ji Yoonmi, known from Ulzzang Generation, are at the center of controversy after being accused of having worked at adult entertainment venues. Both women have firmly denied the claims and announced plans for legal action, while the accuser insists the allegations are true and has threatened to release more evidence.

On May 31, Sohee addressed the issue via her Instagram, writing, “What’s this about ‘1%’ (T/N: adult entertainment businesses where the “top 1%” of the population goes to)? I met my husband at a birthday party for an older sister I filmed with,” and added, “They say I need to know the identity of the person to file a lawsuit, if anyone has information, please let me know.”

She continued, “It seems there are a lot of people spreading absurd rumors, but I’m not going to let it bother me. I’m living happily.”

In response to a question about whether she met her husband while working at ‘1%,’ Ji Yoonmi said, “It’s so easy to label someone a bar girl overnight,” and added, “To anyone claiming I worked at such places. please tell me where exactly, show any photos, or name at least one real person who hung out with me. I’d appreciate it.”

She further said, “My lawyer is going to have a tough job. But regardless of everything else, I won’t tolerate these kinds of remarks,” confirming that she will take legal action against the rumor-spreaders.

Despite their firm denials, the accuser, identified only as ‘A,’ continued posting on Instagram. She included profanities directed at Sohee and Ji Yoonmi, stating, “So what if you’re acting classy now that you’re married? Is going to clubs low-class?” and added, “A rumor? Contact me. I’ll give you all the evidence.”

The accuser, known as ‘A,’ continued her allegations with a scathing post, saying, “Are you ashamed of working at a bar? As a fellow woman, I understand wanting to marry rich men when you’re older and not getting much attention anymore. But you turned me into Ripley(?). Can you put your hand on your heart and say you don’t know [names redacted]? My client said he saw you two.”

A then released screenshots of a conversation with a man who claimed Sohee worked at an adult entertainment venue from 2022 to 2023 and that he personally drank with her there after she was pointed out by someone.

Another anonymous woman also messaged A, saying, “I don’t think Sohee met her husband at a bar. If she had, the man would never have married her,” which A shared as support for her narrative.

A further escalated the situation by addressing Ji Yoonmi directly: “I know exactly which place you worked at, who your boss was, and how you met your husband while working at the bar. as a hostess and a customer. If you threaten to sue or post on your story one more time, I’ll expose everything.”

Her anger didn’t stop there. She added, “Now that I’m hitting you with facts, you’re threatening to sue. Why can’t you just admit you worked in the nightlife industry? Are you ashamed? You’ll find out if I’m lying once you sue me. I have overwhelming evidence.”

These posts quickly spread through online communities and social media, further fueling the controversy.

Huh? But even if in one in a thousand, or one in ten thousand chance what that person said is actually true, it’s not like she tricked her husband into marrying her. If anything, it means they got married with him knowing everything. So what’s the problem?

Stop bothering someone who’s already talented but just hasn’t had their big break yet

If it happened in 2022-2023, then she was an idol at that time. How can she even go to bars?
