It’s a shame that she was only an idol until 22-23 y.o

But she was at her visual peak, F(x) were at the prime of their career and got recognized for their musicality too

She reached so many peaks and the fact that she left when she never experienced any downfall is pretty badass

As an idol, she suffered from all sorts of hate

She also had poor health and fainted a few times

She looked way better and brighter after starting her acting career and appearing on variety here and there

And it’s not like she was jobless. She’s still shooting photoshoots and CFs consistently

Seeing how she has moderate acting gigs and gets to travel, I think that she made the best choice for herself and is living the godly life

I agree so much with OP.. It’s a shame that they were on a hiatus at the prime age of being an idol but I think that she was able to clear her mindset and took the time for herself in a good way. Krystal looks way more at peace now compared to before

Krystal was extremely thin as an idol (of course, she had an aura and a corrupted beauty because of her thinness), and she always seemed to be pretty sensitive. Nowadays, she put on a bit of weight, smiles a lot and looks way happier. Krystal made a buzz when she said that she retired from F(x) because she wanted people to remember her young and pretty looks. But unknowingly, I wonder if she was having a hard time as an idol
