We regularly take legal action to protect LE SSERAFIM’s rights against individuals who post malicious content, including false information, defamation, insults, and s**ual harassment.

We have gathered evidence of malicious posts and comments regarding LE SSERAFIM from various online communities, including Ilgan Best, Nate Pann, TheQoo, Instiz, FMKorea, Melon, Genie Music, DCInside, and Instagram, and have filed complaints with the investigative authorities during the second half of this year.

We would also like to update you on the progress of the large-scale legal proceedings initiated in May. Criminal charges have been recognized against most of the accused, with their personal information identified and forwarded to the respective jurisdictional police stations. Legal actions, both civil and criminal, are ongoing against individuals responsible for malicious posts and comments on various Korean platforms, including Ilgan Best, TheQoo, Instiz, DCInside, FMKorea, Naver, Daum, Nate Pann, Melon, and Genie Music, as well as international platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Although the process from investigation to imposing penalties may take time, SOURCE MUSIC remains committed to seeing in through without leniency, ensuring that those who post false information, defamatory content, insults, or malicious posts and comments targeting LE SSERAFIM are duly punished.
