[NETIZENBUZZ] THE REASON WHY LE SSERAFIM CAN’T HIT BIG

I’m not trying to force hate on them.

I had a strong feeling that LE SSERAFIM was made in a rush at the beginning

The members from IZONE were all doing well as solos or as a group

So I feel like they were trying to push Sakura and Kim Chaewon quickly before the buff died down.

And they added another Japanese member that would appeal to the otakus

And it feels like they added Kim Garam in just because she was his type but they never did any background check.

Of course, idols are all about creating a buzz

Whether it’s good attention or bad attention, receiving attention means that you succeeded.

But more than anything, their biggest issue is their vocals.

Kim Chaewon and Huh Yunjin are the main vocals

But they are only main vocals because they are part of LE SSERAFIM. They are not objectively at the level of being main vocals.

Within the group, they are considered skilled vocalists, but given that the main vocal position is typically reserved for someone who can fully carry the group’s vocals, LE SSERAFIM’s vocal line is relatively weak..

Also, during IZONE, Sakura was seen as this “character who always improves” and her skills were slowly becoming better as well as her image. But all of her image collapsed with LE SSERAFIM. Why?

As for the two last members, you already know so I don’t need to say anything.

Ever since their debut, their concept has been “I’m strong. No matter what you do, I won’t collapse”

But in reality, you need to have solid skills for a “girl crush” concept to be complete.

And nobody in LE SSERAFIM can pull this off.

They are so comparable to ITZY who also has a strong image.

ITZY has clearly shown their skills on stage.

Also, if I can speak bluntly,

You could say that LE SSERAFIM’s skills were similar to TWICE at their peak, but the reason why TWICE are judged differently is because: TWICE’s Nayeon and Jihyo carried the group and they never had a “girl crush” concept. So that’s why they barely had any major skills controversy.

At first, I couldn’t agree that “LE SSERAFIM was a group that was supposed to rival NewJeans”

But so far, they’ve been putting out unexpected songs with unexpected combinations and taking unexpected steps so…

Um… It seems to be trueㅋㅋ

Their skills are badㅋㅋㅋ So their ambitious concept is unreasonable

Before IZONE disbanded, there were already reports that Sakura was joining HYBE. Within a few months, they also attempted to recruit Kim Chaewon and Kim Minju, clearly aiming to capture the IZONE fandom. But with IVE debuting, it’s obvious their group was hastily put together.

The result is a group that combines the best of Blackpink and TWICE

Saying they have “no talent” might feel unfair to LE SSERAFIM, but honestly, their singing is shockingly bad. Their dancing has improved significantly, they train insanely hard, but their vocals are a mess. IVE and (G)I-DLE don’t have the cleanest choreography, and their routines are easier, but their live vocals have improved. (G)I-DLE was always strong vocally, which helps them maintain their position. LE SSERAFIM debuted with intense, sharp choreography, and people were drawn to that. But HYBE and Bang Sihyuk failed to realize the problem of focusing only on dancing. Fans were amazed by their powerful performances, but when it came to live singing, all you hear is cicadas… There’s just no way to defend this…

Kim Garam left after her school violence controversy so they were left with no visuals. But they are also bad at live so they humiliated Korea on an International stage… That’s how they went down
