I watched all the year end stages up until now and it made me realize how Bangtan are seriously good and their class is different
I think it’s one of the reasons why they got ahold of their foreign fans, they are so good on stage

Dionysus and Not Today were so cool

Their Idol intro for the 2018 MMA really made me understand why Bangtan hit big. As for the 2019 MMA, Bangtan really showed what real ambition looks like. I remember them dancing to the point of their bodies breaking

For real, watching all these lip-sync performances really makes me think about Bangtan. Among the idols who perform live, there aren’t many groups I’d honestly say are f*cking good performers. Usually, my reaction is just, “They’re doing live singing, how rare,” and that’s it. When I think about what sets Bangtan apart, despite them also performing live, it comes down to two things: the music and stage presence. The songs need to be good or at least familiar to the audience, and there has to be a clear difference from just listening to the recorded version. Their way of engaging with the audience was also great because it didn’t feel one-sided. That’s what made their performances stand out

As someone who doesn’t care about male idols, I agree with this. First of all, it’s important to have a song that people know. Their songs are easy to get into and people can easily sing along. Recently, I’ve been watching year end shows for girl groups but it’s been hard for me to watch boy groups. They are not at Bigbang’s level yet but I definitely think that Bangtan comes right after Bigbang

I agree with all of this. All of the legendary stages at year end were from Bangtan
