Min Heejin, former CEO of Ador, has stated that she will take “strong legal action” as the lawsuit with Source Music is set to be concluded in January.
The 12th Civil Division of the Seoul Western District Court (Na) will hold the first trial for a 500 million won damage claim filed by Source Music against Min Heejin on January 10th next year. Source Music filed this lawsuit against Min Heejin through the Seoul Western District Court in July.
In response, a representative of Min Heejin’s side stated to Star News on the 21st, “Source Music’s claims are sophistry and falsehoods,” adding, “We are planning to take strong legal action against them.”
