Ador has released a statement regarding the resignation announcement of Min Heejin, the former CEO of Ador.

On November 20th, Ador stated, “We are providing Ador’s position on Min Heejin’s resignation. Ador regrets Min Heejin’s unilateral resignation announcement. We will do our best to support NewJeans so that they can grow and develop even further.”

Earlier that day, Min Heejin announced her resignation from the board of directors, along with the termination of the shareholders’ agreement with HYBE. Min Heejin also added that she would hold relevant parties legally responsible for violations of the shareholders’ agreement with HYBE.
