It doesn’t seem like it means they’ll be taking a break from activities, it just looks like they were absent only from the SMTOWN VCR… I’m not sure of the exact reason.
+ For other artists who have moved to other companies, they were still included in SM’s VCR, but CBX is still technically within SM
