[theqoo] COMIC COMING OUT IN THE US… ABOUT BTS’ BIRTH AS A STAR UNTIL ENLISTMENT

The story of the group BTS’s growth and enlistment will be published as a comic book in the United States.

According to Reuters on the 4th (local time), American publisher Tilda Wave is releasing a 22-page comic book with BTS as the main character as a new work in the ‘FAME’ series.

The ‘Fame’ series is a series that introduces the biographies of celebrities such as singers, actors, and sports stars through comics.

Previously, singers Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, 50 Cent, actress Jennifer Lawrence, and soccer player David Beckham were featured as main characters.

The new work ‘Fame: BTS’ contains the story of BTS’ debut in 2013, releasing numerous hit songs, engaging in social activities, and growing into a global pop star.

Reuters also reported that the members’ transformation from pop stars to soldiers was captured through the enlistment process of the members, starting with the eldest brother Jin, in 2022.

‘Fame: BTS’ has been produced in both paper and digital formats and will be officially published on the 10th.

1. It’s a relief that the drawing isn’t your typical American cartoon drawing, but the drawing is still a bit lacking

2. Now that people have been saying it’s similar to the “Who?” series, I get what they’re trying to doㅋㅋㅋ

3. They could’ve at least drawn them a bit more similarlyㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

4. Wow! I couldn’t recognize a single one of them in the first picture

5. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ They could’ve at least made them more recognizable, I’m not a fan of them so I couldn’t tell anyone apart ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

6. I want to read it once ㅋㅋㅋ

7. So it’s similar to “Who?”

8. I kinda want to read it? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

9. Huh…. Excuse me?

10. They don’t look alike at all
