Group EXO’s Baekhyun (31, Byun Baekhyun) founded a company. The name of the company is ‘I&B 100’.

According to corporate registration documents obtained by 10Asia on the 3rd, the name of the company founded by Baekhyun was confirmed to be ‘I&B 100’. Baekhyun is the CEO of the company and has completed all registration as an internal director. The company was founded on June 23rd last year. This means that the establishment of the company had actually been completed before August of last year, when the issue of renewing the contract with SM Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as SM) arose.

Baekhyun, who signed a contract renewal with SM last year, will continue his activities ‘separately and together’ through SM and his private company during the contract renewal period. Chen and Xiumin, who share Baekhyun’s visionsa are also expected to be part of the company.
