YouTuber Lee Jin-ho, who was sued by the family of the late Kim Saeron, has been ordered to stop broadcasting related to the deceased for three months.
On the 31st, Kwon Young-chan, director of the Korean Celebrity S****** Prevention Association, who has been in communication with the family, told CBS No Cut News, “Today (31st), Lee Jin-ho’s st**king crime was acknowledged, and a temporary injunction was issued by the court. As a result, Lee Jin-ho will not be able to broadcast on YouTube regarding the late Kim Saeron and the family for three months.”
He added, “The family plans to file an additional lawsuit against Lee Jin-ho for defamation based on false information in his recent broadcasts.”
Previously, the family had sued Lee Jin-ho for defamation, claiming he spread false information about the late Kim Saeron, but Lee Jin-ho continued to expose unverified personal details about Kim Saeron and the family. As a result, on the 27th, the family filed an additional lawsuit against Lee Jin-ho for violating the law on stalking and requested a temporary injunction.
