Regarding Hanni’s workplace harassment claims, the Ministry of Employment and Labor concluded the complaint without making a judgment on the ha**ssment, stating that Hanni was not a “worker” under the Labor Standards Act, which defines the target of workplace ha**ssment. Additionally, regarding the case in 2022 where an employee working at HYBE’s office collapsed and was transferred to a hospital where they later died, the labor office determined that there were no legal violations related to the handling of the industrial accident.
