On the December 13th broadcast of tvN’s variety show Free Doctor, the segment titled “End-of-Year Shocking News! Actor Jung Woosung, Becomes a Father?! The Truth Behind the Entertainment Industry’s ‘Illegitimate Child’ Controversy” aired.

During the broadcast, one panelist said, “According to my investigation, the two of them never dated. In other words, they were not in love.” They continued, “Because they didn’t love each other, they didn’t get married. It is reported that there were disagreements over revealing the details of their relationship.”

Another panelist explained, “Strictly speaking, marriage and childbirth are separate matters, but because of this situation, the public’s perception of Jung Woosung has not been entirely positive. Jung Woosung acknowledged that he is the biological father of the son Moon Gabi gave birth to in March this year. At the time, Jung Woosung’s agency stated, “He will take full responsibility as a father for the child.”
