First and foremost, we sincerely thank you for your unwavering support and interest in Kim Junsu.

Our company takes any malicious slander, dissemination of false information, personal attacks, or other actions that damage the reputation of our artist very seriously. Accordingly, we have appointed the law firm Kim & Chang and initiated strong legal measures in response.

Malicious slander, defamatory posts, and the spread of groundless rumors are considered clear criminal acts. Therefore, we will take strict civil and criminal action without any negotiation or leniency. We have already secured substantial evidence and are proceeding with the legal process based on this data.

We are also thoroughly collecting additional materials on ongoing malicious posts and the spread of false information. All gathered evidence has already been submitted to the law firm.

In particular, we are closely monitoring malicious posts originating from specific online communities such as DC Inside, TheQoo, Instiz, Daum Cafe, and Nate Pann. We firmly state that any malicious acts against our artist under the guise of anonymity will face strong legal actions without compromise or leniency.

Furthermore, we are thoroughly investigating the reckless spread of false information and distorted criticism by certain individuals, and all confirmed cases will be dealt with sternly through legal procedures.
