YouTuber Lee Ji-ho, who previously claimed that the late Kim Saeron had been married and pregnant, has now stated that the reason for her passing was not actor Kim Soohyun but rather her ex-husband from the U.S. As evidence, he released a recorded phone conversation between Kim Sa-ron’s former manager and a friend.
On March 20, a video titled “Shocking Recording! The Real Reason Kim Saeron Was Struggling” was uploaded to the YouTube channel Entertainment President Lee Ji-ho. Along with a brief caption, “Why must someone always be made a scapegoat even when the situation is clear?”, Lee shared a 4-minute and 22-second audio recording.
The recording captures a conversation from February 16 at 9:39 PM, the day of Kim Saeron’s passing, between A, a representative from Kim Saeron’s new agency, and B, who claims to be a close friend of the late actress. In the recording, B states, “I met her just two days ago. She seemed fine. We played screen golf and had a meal together.” B then speculates that “Her death was probably because of that man she met in the U.S. He beat her up and caused a lot of trouble. I have photos of the ass**lt.”
A sighs and responds, “What is going on? He hit her? Who the hell is that b*st*rd?” B continues, “I was in contact with her until yesterday, and then suddenly this happened. I met her twice after she came back from the U.S. That guy (her husband) even contacted me to curse at me. I wanted to curse back, but I held back for Saeron’s sake. But then he started swearing at me from another number. I never had any contact with him before.”
B further claims, “Saeron told me she was really sorry. She said that man ass**lted and threatened her. She showed me a photo of a knife mark on her neck, saying it was real.” B then speculates, “It’s not an official statement, but friends suspect she took extreme measures because of him. He kept verbally attacking and threatening her.”
However, after hearing the recording, netizens expressed skepticism, commenting:
– “How can a so-called close friend talk like this on the day of her passing? How is this person even close to a company staff member?”
– “It sounds like they always expected her to d*e. Do they even care about her?”
– “There’s no tone of worry or sadness. Where’s the respect for Kim Saeron?”
– “A friend taking their own life, and yet they’re talking so casually? And they’re making definitive claims without solid proof.”
– “This ‘friend’ keeps saying ‘I heard’ or ‘they said’—sounds like second-hand information.”

1. Her bestfriend is bullsh*tting. Also, just get wrecked by all the penalty fees already
2. Her friend just k*lled herself and her ‘friend’ is out there saying “Nothing is confirmed by I think that she k*lled herself because of this.” The fact that she’s telling this to another company’s employee is just so bizarre… And what’s with their wording too?
4. Does that changes the fact that he flirted with a m*n*r though?
5. If her friend acted that way when she was alive, they basically pushed her to d**th
6. How can her friend claim that she k*lled herself because of that? None of these f*ckers are human
7. Why is her ‘close friend’ reporting this….? That’s a proof that it’s not her close friend
8. She d**d on his birthday and they are still trying to paint it as a coincidence. But the fact that he’s a p**** doesn’t change and his previous sins don’t change either
9. Are you KSH’s lawyer?
10. Did that ‘friend’ forget on which day she d**d
