In fact, the expression “betrayal” implies that trust has been broken, right? Actually, trust isn’t something that can be broken by just one person. It’s something that breaks on both sides. And it’s a highly emotional term. But in legal and managerial terms, expressions like “broken trust” or “betrayal” don’t necessarily have as much of a weight.
If you always cater to your boss’s whims with a smiling face, is that being disloyal? It might be difficult to discern whether an underperforming employee who tries to please their boss with a smile is being disloyal or not.
A company isn’t a group formed for socializing; business leaders need to prove themselves with numbers/results. So, during this period, shouldn’t we measure whether a certain level of profit was generated and whether the company benefited?
My achievements at ADOR are comparable to those of top boy bands, which typically generate significant profits. I was able to achieve results top boy bands would in 5-7 years through a girl group only in 2 years. Can the term “betrayal” be used for the CEO of a subsidiary that has achieved such results? I find that very puzzling. These emotional terms are usually used within groups bound by loyalty.
I’m not sure if “betrayal” is the right word to be used in a stock company that needs to create new visions.
1. Wow daebak, she’s so good with words
2. What she said is so true, stop the socializing and start by looking at how you prove yourself with the company’s profit
3. That’s true
4. It’s not betrayal but inferiority complex ㅋㅋ
5. Good words
6. Is she talking about BTS? BTS took 5 years to generate profits? BTS are the ones who started the inflation of KPOP, how can you disregard this and claim you did that in 3 years?
> Do you think there are no other groups in this world aside from BTS? Your logic is daebak ㅋ
> There’s really only BTS in this world right?
> ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The self-victimization starting again
> Stop this already… I’m a BTS fan and because of people like you, we’re having a hard time
7. People who read this and are stuck by her “male idols” comment can only be “that” fandom ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
8. She’s f*cking smart
9. That’s true, you need to judge things through the results, meanwhile all of HYBE’s claims were emotionally charged with those “betrayal” this and thatㅋㅋㅋ
10. The way she picks her words is already different from others
