According to the music industry, ADOR’s board of directors, including ADOR’s CEO Min Hee-jin, notified Hybe that they will hold a board meeting somewhere in Seoul on the morning of the 10th.

The current ADOR board of directors consists of CEO Min, Vice President Shin, and Creative Director Kim.

Previously, Sejong Law Firm, ADOR’s legal representative, said, “As decided, the board of directors meeting will be held by May 10th and the general shareholders’ meeting will be held by the end of May,” and “We will give any additional information (to the court) by May 13th.” Accordingly, if the board meeting held on this day decides to hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, the date of the extraordinary general meeting will be set after the 15th, and the earliest date appears to be the 27th.
