The trial between Min Heejin, the former CEO of ADOR, and former ADOR employee A has officially begun.
On the afternoon of March 17, the 21st Civil Division of the Seoul Western District Court held a hearing for the defamation lawsuit filed by former ADOR employee A against Min Hee-jin, claiming damages of approximately 100 million KRW for defamation due to false information.
On August 27 last year, A filed a complaint with the Mapo Police Station in Seoul, accusing Min Heejin of defamation and violating personal information laws. A also filed a damage compensation lawsuit against Min Heejin through the Seoul Western District Court.
Although both parties had a mediation session, the mediation failed in January, and the trial began.
Both parties’ legal representatives attended the hearing. The court asked both sides to review the submitted evidence and provide their opinions on the necessary parts, which both sides agreed to.
The next hearing is scheduled for May 26.
