Q: I heard that you were dieting, how much did you lose so far?

Hyungwon: I lost about 4kg currently

Shownu: I love vegetables. The more I eat it, the more I like it. I think I lost about 7-8kg. But when I went to serve, I regained a lot of weight 

After discharging, Shownu and Hyungwon prepared their unit activities for Monsta X’s fan concert

He lost abour 7-8kg and this was back in July-August 

Then in October 15th, he went on Bubble Live and revealed he gained 4 kg
