On March 21, the court ruled in favor of ADOR’s injunction, prohibiting the NewJeans members from conducting independent activities. The members filed an appeal in response and announced they would halt their activities for the time being.

Amidst all this, NewJeans recently reached their 1,000th day since debut. The members posted heartfelt messages on social media to their fans, known as Bunnies:

“Bunnies~! It’s been 1,000 days since we first met~! These 1,000 days with you have been pure happiness!”

They continued:

“1,000 days with Bunnies. To the members and to Bunnies, congratulations! Thank you so much for always cheering us on. Your support gives us so much strength. Just like when I took this photo, I hope you all take moments to clear your minds and take in beautiful views that make you feel good. Thank you, Bunnies.”

Another member added:

“It’s hard to believe it’s already been 1,000 days, but it has. It’s still kind of unbelievable and amazing that there are so many people who care about us so deeply. I’m always grateful. Growing older together, sharing so many different moments with people who truly care for the five of us without conditions, that feels incredibly special and precious. We don’t know what kind of moments we’ll share in the future, but I believe what really matters isn’t *what* we go through, but *who* we go through it with. I’ve been so thankful, and I’ll keep being thankful.”

One member shared a more personal message:

“I do feel a little sorry that we’ve been quiet for so long. But I’ve been using this time to recharge myself (maybe it’s a bit selfish), and I hope you can understand that it’s something I really needed. When we meet again, I promise I’ll greet you with even more brightness and joy.”

They concluded:

“I always say this, but Bunnies are the kind of people you rarely find in this world. Just the fact that you’re by our side means everything to us. And the fact that you’re still waiting for us even in these difficult times, it’s something we’re endlessly grateful for. Yes, we may have lost some time together… but I hope you’ll look forward to the future with us, because we’ll fill it with even better memories. That’s how I feel.”
