Therefore, if AI outperforms humans in these metrics, it could potentially make humans entirely obsolete in these fields. This is why the battle between AI and humans is most fierce in these areas.

In fact, once AI surpasses humans in these two metrics, humans would essentially be completely replaced.

Current situation in the call center field:

– Customers who prefer AI call centers: 11%
– Customers who prefer human call centers: 61%
– Don’t know: 28%

Current situation in the accounting audit field:

– AI accounting audit error recovery rate: 0.7% (the higher, the better)
– Human accounting audit error recovery rate: 3 – 7%

Currently, humans are leading in both sectors.

What’s interesting is that AI call centers and AI audits are being led by US, while human representatives are being led by India and Pakistan.
