Hello. This is One Hundred.

We met with IST Entertainment today (May 5th) and reached a smooth mutual agreement on the use of ‘The Boyz’ trademark and the three agreements. 

After a heart-to-heart talk, we and IST Entertainment prioritized the members of The Boyz and The B fans, and reached an agreement that makes everyone happy.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to IST Entertainment for their open-mindedness.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to The Boyz and their fans as they embark on a new beginning, and One Hundred will continue to actively support and do our best to further develop and protect the skills of the artists known as The Boyz.

We would also like to thank the fans of The B’s and the IST Entertainment family who have been with us for the past seven years, and we ask for your continued interest and affectionate support.
