In response, Ador stated, “An employee responsible for managing the artist (referring to A) contacted the advertiser directly, excluding the company, and pressured the artist and the brand to sign a direct contract. The manager admits to having made this communication. This is a serious violation of the artist’s exclusive contract.”

They continued, “We had no choice but to place the employee on standby and demand the return of company assets, such as the laptop. At no point was there any illegal detention or coercive behavior. The company repeatedly requested a meeting to give the employee a chance to explain, but the employee has refused all such requests.”

The Ministry of Employment and Labor’s investigation results seem to support Ador’s claim that “there were no coercive actions.”
