Mixing in some of their extravagant, vibrant, and goofy styles showcased on “Mapo Hipster,” the duo’s pictorial also focused on their sophisticated side.
Regarding their experience on the show, Song Mino shared, “We don’t have a lot of opportunities to interact with our fans, so I enjoyed approaching these people more closely in a familiar manner through the variety program ‘Mapo Hipster.’”
He added, “As much as my fans miss me, I miss them too. I want to show new sides of myself obviously through music but also through a variety of opportunities.”
P.O commented, “Since we surprisingly received so much love with ‘Mapo Hipster,’ I was shocked but also happy. When I do variety shows, I often tell Mino or my other cast mates that I really think I’m a lucky person. I also think that compared to my abilities, I receive much more love. It kind of feels like winning the lottery.”
He continued, “I will continue carrying the title and vibe of being ‘hipster’ and carry it from Mapo to Asia, then globally and universally to really confirm what it means to be ‘hip.’ In order to become a genuinely cool person, I will continue working hard no matter where I am.”
