3. Honestly, it was obvious that they were blatantly chasing Eve’s kind of vibe, and the Yorushika fans were extremely patient. Back then, including LUCY, there were tons of Korean bands with a fresh concept that straight-up copied Yorushika’s guitar sound and song structure.
4. I think that you can only confidently claim that You’re Right was copied from Yorushika. The other ones wouldn’t be considered plagiarism. If you remove the music from Chrono Crusade, then it’s a completely different melody. Only the composition of the song is similar. I don’t think it’s plagiarism. Nowadays, people even call what would be considered an influence “plagiarism”. Seriously, being influenced or referencing are clearly different from “plagiarism”
5. I do feel like they copied Yorushika but Hippo and Last Dance are also the complete sameㅋㅋㅋ For the rest, I’m not sure if you can say that they are plagiarizing
