[instiz] I’M IMPRESSED THAT JIMIN’S PARTS AREN’T GETTING REDUCED IN BTS SONGS

He’s the main vocalist, but he struggles with live performances more than the other vocal members. He’s been saying since as far back as 2016 that the keys they set are too high and difficult to sing, yet it’s baffling that they just stubbornly keep giving him those parts. If only one member has a vocal range that high (though he himself can’t even hit that range), wouldn’t it make more sense to just reduce his parts and make him a lead vocal? They’re rising the key by 3-4 keys just for himself. Yet, Jimin can’t even pull his *own* range off live, he can only manage it in studio recordings, so what is the point of this part distribution? If it were me, I’d cut back on his parts

1. I really liked Jimin’s voice in this album though 

2. Can they make parts he can actually pull off live? It’s fascinating that there’s always been talks about it… 

3. The real problem is that he can’t pull off mid-low ranges either

4. If you watched their documentary, you’ll get your answer…. It’s seriously a mess. The PDs and staff in front of him are always telling him “good job good job.” Of course, he’s the problem, but we need to get rid of his staff. But I bet he knows himself that he’s bad, so I don’t understand why he’s not improving at all 

5. I seriously can’t understand him when I watch his lives

6. If he debuted today, he wouldn’t even get a lead vocal position 

7. He can’t sing, but he has so many parts. And the people directing him are always saying “good job, good job,” just to use excessive autotune on his voice to make Jimin’s voice hit those high notes. They’ll rise the key by 4-5 folds, but Jimin himself couldn’t even hit the original key to start with. Of course, the live will be a mess

If can’t even pull off an entire verse by himself, so it’s only right to decrease his parts and give his parts to other members who can pull it off… Which singer will perform with AR louder than their own voice when they’re supposed to sing live? He can’t sing even just standing still. It’s shocking 

9. No but people have ears ㅋ It’s even more annoying to see people blocking their ears and praising his skills. He needs to practice moreㅋ

10. His mindset is the problem here. They use all that mixing and autotune when they’re recording, so if he still chooses to sing live, shouldn’t he at least think “I need to show them I can do it”? It’s not like their songs are that long, it’s a 2 minutes song, and his parts aren’t even that long either. Meanwhile, they try to cover it with loud AR, but his voice is still shaking. Seriously I don’t understand his mindset
