I’m writing this because I found the K-Model Awards, held today, quite interesting.
It feels like models used to have a sharper, edgier look in the past (sort of like the “Asian model” aesthetic preferred in the West).
But these days, there seem to be a lot more models with softer, rounder facial features.
Grand Prize (Rookie Model of the Year) – Gil Jeong-ye
Model of the Year (Fashion Model) – Park Ji-won
If you look at their candid photos, they both have such baby faces. And as expected, they both have long limbs because they’re models
1. They look like Jun Jihyun
2. They have an aura + a cute side to them…? Both are f*cking pretty
3. They give Chinese vibes
